How AI Analyzes a Trade Signal Before It Executes

Every signal your strategy produces on Algo AI Trade can be reviewed by AI before it reaches your broker. Here is what goes into that review, and what it doesn't do.

What the AI sees

The model receives the signal itself — instrument, direction, the rule that triggered it — along with relevant market context. It does not receive your broker credentials or account identifiers; the review is scoped to the trade, not your account.

What comes back

Three things: a short rationale explaining why the signal makes sense (or doesn't), the key risks the model identified for that specific trade, and a confidence score. You can configure a strategy so a signal only proceeds to execution once it clears a verdict threshold, or leave every signal to execute and simply log the verdict for your own review.

What it isn't

An AI verdict is decision support, not investment advice, and it can be wrong — models work from the data available at analysis time and can miss context a human would catch. Treat it the way you'd treat a second opinion: useful, not infallible. It sits alongside, not instead of, the pre-trade risk gates that run on every order regardless of what the AI says.
